ZAP™ Aerosol Filter Tips provide you with complete protection. These tips feature an industry-leading 10µm average pore size patented filter without any dyes or additives. A smaller pore guarantees that your pipettor barrel will be kept clean of DNA, radionucleotides, and other contaminants. Only 100% medical grade class VI virgin polypropylene resins are used in ZAP™ Tips. No recycled plastics or commodity grade resins.

"We've been using the 10 microliter labcon tips for our PCR testing for SARS-CoV-2 and they have been incredibly flexible. Because our process uses bead separation, being able to accurately draw up small volumes from challenging angles has been extremely helpful. The tips are just flexible enough to allow this without concern about the quality or accuracy of the volume."

"The ZAP Aerosol filter pipet tips are my tips of choice. Perks are that they work perfectly in combination with all pipets that use the LTS technology (so easier and smooth pipetting) and they are low retention tips, so I use them daily to run real-time PCR assays. The results from my technical replicates are accurate and reproducible! I have to say that the ZAP Aerosol tips have been readily available throughout these difficult times allowing me to continue my research activity smoothly."

ZAP™ Aerosol filter tips - Proven performance in preventing pipettor contamination.
Quality:
- Labcon tips are tested for fit, function, reproducibility, accuracy, liquid retention, contamination, clarity, ease-of-ejection and smooth-open orifice.
- Labcon Eclipse Tips are developed using our own in-house laboratory and tested on real pipettors.
- All the Eclipse ® tips we make are made of high quality 100% pure virgin medical grade polypropylene. No recycled plastics in our tips. Resins are pre-tested to ensure no extractables are present (free of DiHEMDA, oleamide, and BPA).
- Every lot of tips is lab tested and certified free of detectable ATP, Nuclease (RNase/DNase), Endotoxin (pyrogen) contamination and certified to U.S.P. results.
- Resins are pre-tested for metal contamination.
- 10 µm average pore size filters guarantees that the pipette’s barrel is kept clean of: DNA, radionuclides, and other contaminants.
- Suitable for DNA manipulation, PCR, and radionuclides.
