"I purchased the IgM antibody. This antibody is perfect for my purposes, used in a coating of a cell culture dish for purification of a desired cell type. Thus far, I have achieved reproducible yields in combination with the secondary antibody (purchased from Milipore-Sigma). My only complaint is the amount of antibody for the price. I use this antibody quickly as it is a large step in my cell purification. However antibodies are quite costly and this brings the cost of the cell issolation and purification protocol up dramaticallly. So far, the antibody appears to last when stored appropriately for the months that we use it over."

"The antibodies come in powder format, and it is easy to resuspend according to the manufacture's instruction. If you use according to the manufacturers instruction, you get very high quality results. I did not need to contact the manufacture for any problem. "I've been using the HRP-conjugated whole IgG affinity purified secondary antibodies for over 10 years for ECL detection in immunoblotting. These antibodies give consistent and reproducible results in multiple types of blocking solutions (i.e. milk, BSA, I-BLOCK, etc.). A major advantage is that the antibodies arrive as lyophilized powders which allows you to control the expiration date once constituted. Additionally, HRP activity remains detectable when stored at 4C short-term, -20C in 50% glycerol (6 mo-1 year) or -70C+ long-term. It is best to work from aliquots of reconstituted antibodies."
