  • Application Area: Fluorescent protein labeling for 2D DIGE

"S-Dye200 and S-Dye300 were used to label differentially expressed proteins in treated T-cells. Saturn-2D labeling kit is based on fluorescent tagging of cysteine residues in all proteins. The labeling procedure is quite simple, the kit also provides low-retention tips and microcentrifuge tubes along with all necessary buffers. For gel image overlay and quantification we have used Delta2D software from the same manufacturer. It worked perfect for identification of differentially expressed proteins and further characterization with MALDI-TOF."
