Small, reliable and user friendly DNA RNA protein measurement.
Application Area:DNA/RNA/oligo ion protein fluorometer
"Qubit dyes bind to DNA, RNA, or protein, making it more sensitive than UV. It can measure as little as 1 μL of sample. It’s pretty fast and reliable. It’s small and doesn’t take lots of space and very user friendly."

Great user interface and easy to use and interpret results.
Application Area:Analyze RNA quality and concentration
"It's easy to use with all the instructions provided. Good user interface. Though, I feel the kits are a bit costly."

Easy to use but lacking consistency
Application Area:Quantify dsDNA in chromatin samples
"I use the Qubit Fluorometer on a regular basis in order to quantify gDNA for qPCR. The fluorometer itself is very user friendly and data is stored by the machine and can be exported to a USB stick. However the results do vary slightly within a single assay and between multiple assays for the same samples. Abnormally high or low readings can sometimes affect qPCR results as these readings determine our qPCR dilutions. The instrument is quite expensive however in our experience it lasts a long time. The reagents also last quite a while which is good."

Great results
Application Area:Transcriptomics
"I have found that both the HS RNA assay kit to be a great product, very accurate and also super quick. I have also found the ssDNA kit to be much more accurate than the NanoDrop for example."

Great results!!!! I use it for all my quantifications!
Application Area:Quantification of DNA, RNA and Proteins
"Really easy to use. Provides reproducible results even with small amounts of DNA/RNA and proteins."
The integrated design of the Qubit Fluorometer and assays results in quantitation that is far more sensitive than UV absorbance, making this system essential for quantitation of precious samples (samples that are rare, difficult to purify, or expensive to either obtain or prepare) or samples for "delicate" applications (samples for downstream assays that are extremely sensitive to sample conditions). Key features of the Qubit™ 3.0 Fluorometer include: Powerful dual-core processor quickly and accurately quantifies DNA, RNA, and protein in less than 5 seconds per sample Uses as little as 1 μL of sample Stores up to 1000 sample results Large, 5.7-inch, state-of-the-art color touch screen for easy workflow navigation Small footprint saves space on your bench Language of your choice including English, French, Spanish, German, simplified Chinese and Japanese Android-based operating system
