The Ansh Labs' IGFBP-5 ELISA is a quantitative two-step sandwich immunoassay. The antibody pair in total IGFBP-5 binds to the C-terminal of IGFBP-5 (Capture C and Detection C). The antibody pair does not cross-react with IGF-1, IGFBP-2, IGFBP-3 and IGFBP-4 at 1000 ng/mL concentration.
