Specific and reproducible results!
Application Area: Analyze chemo/cytokines in conditioned medium
"Used to detect the expression of chemo/cytokines in the conditioned medium of cancer cells co-cultured with macrophages. I obtained specific results, no background and reproducible data. I strongly suggest to other colleagues this product."

Easy to use, good value for the money
Application Area:analyze signaling
"The kit is easy to use, has high quality and results are reproducible. The data would be more sensitive if half of the reagents are used. Value for the money is high."

Easy to use, works every time!
Application Area:Multiplex analysis of RTK and cytokines
"A very basic and simple multiplex kit to use. Just like running western blot, but the output is "Dots"."

Introduction
The cytokine array is an antibody based immunoassay similar to ELISA, but able to simultaneously measure multiple proteins on one solid support. The Cytokine Array C5 is a membrane-based antibody array, using a panel of 80 different capture antibodies printed on a nitrocellulose membrane. The protein from the incubated sample is captured, and a detection antibody is also bound, creating the antibody-antigen-antibody sandwich. C-Series arrays are processed similarly to a western blot and the entire procedure can be completed in 1 day with little to no optimization.
