Great Product! but terrible customer service.

While the instrument works great and does not pose any problem other than the routine maintenance issues and occasional component malfunction, I find their overall customer service very upsetting and nonchalant. It has been over six months since I reached out to Peak Scientific via email and calls about a component breakdown and error code display on our nitrogen generator and as of the time of typing this review (2/22/24) they are yet to give me any feedback or provide any assistance. Nonetheless, I am still hoping that someone from Peak Scientific will come across this review and do the honorable thing by reaching out and following up with my maintenance request.

Great device other than the corrosion

The overall product was great, however overtime the heating coil started to corrode, a lot of the copper piping became fragile and damaged the overall performance.

Convenient and easy, but maintenance is expensive

Convenient and easy to use, however, as the manufacturer recommends, it annually requires about 3 million KRW for the maintenance, which is not cheap.

Supply to LCMSMS
We have found this instrument very robust - we forget it is there it just keeps going. Annual PM is straight forward and easy to plan. Due to the lack of issues Peak will be our first option when looking to purchase gas generators in the future.

A powerful and amazing piece of technology for the modern state of the art lab.
Analyze Compounds such as Phalates, PFAs, and BPs in urine and serum.
All I can say is that my Peak Generator has made our laboratory operations much more efficient. We currently have 3 Peak Generators installed in our lab and quite frankly without them, we would not be able to analyze our samples in a reasonable amount of time. Without the generators we would have to rely on the standing generator towers that are provided by our facility at NYU and the equipment has been inconsistent at best. Thank you very much for the Peak Generators, without them our lab simply would not be able to compete with the best labs in the world!

Great result and very effective with zero maintenance.
We have used the nitrogen to give the cooling effect to internal mechanism of the high speed pumps.
It is very useful equipment to maintain the internal temperature of the high speed pump as well used the nitrogen in the melting process. By using this we have eliminated the problem of high temperature of high speed pump during the operation. Help in increasing the life and efficiency of the equipment.
