Easy to use and accurate results
Cell counting for stimulation of pbmc's
We chose these c-chip disposable hemotocytometers because of their convenience. We need to count several samples during one experiment, and by using this product the process is quickened. Moreover, the chambers are easy to use in both counting (very clear grid) and adding the sample to the chamber. You don't have to fiddle with the glass like with the burker turk chamber. Lastly, counting results in accurate cell numbers in our experiments.

The reason I purchased this product was to compare manual counting without using cell counting equipment. Also, I had experience using NanoEntek's products at my previous job, so I was able to trust them. The biggest reason for choosing C-chip 2 channels is that it is disposable and can be easily used and discarded. When I used it myself, it had excellent visibility and there were no problems with counting. If you want convenient cell counting, I recommend this product.

CSF cell counting
I was teaching my student how to use a Neubauer counting chamber using the C-chip. It was great to compare the easy to use product with the traditional fiddly potentially dangerous glass slide and coverslip which we used to use. The design of the product prevents bleeding of specimens into the adjacent chamber which often happens with the glass Neubauer. The grid is clearly marked and the easy to understand written instructions included with every box which can be given to the student for later reference. I highly recommend this product.

Counting cell nuclei with DAPI staining
The C-chip disposable hemocytometers are very convenient to use and they are also reliable. I use them for counting nuclei previously stained with DAPI and I can clearly count each square with the 10x magnification. The lines are sometimes difficult to distinguish when the concentration is too high but good optimisation allows to choose the right dilution for each sample.
