"This product is very effective and it is easy to use because it is highly automated and connected to a software computer.High quality results are produced because before every test,controls are run as well as calibration.So if the control pass,then the laboratory results are validated.Diagnosis is achieved everyday through this machine and patients have been helped a lot because correct results also lead to correct diagnostic,monitoring,treatment and management decisions by the physicians.In a rural setup like ours,,the machine does not consume a lot of power which is a good advantage because alternatives like the solar system can easily power the machine.Since i work at a government institution where profit maximisation is not the priority rather the priority of the government is to help its citizens,with very cheap prices,easy accessibility and easy availability among other factors to escape exorbitant prices from the private sector.So Patients pay money for the tests through accounts department but at very cheap prices and it is contributing to the revenue of our public institution.As a laboratory technician working with this machine,i can confirm happiness because even the reagents are accessible and available in our country Zimbabwe,which is different with other machines,the reagents are not available.However ,i can give it a 3 star because the machine runs few specimens which is 200 per hour with ISE and 330 with ISE."
