"The autosampler is very easy to use and configure. Maintenance and parts replacement is very simple and quick. A better breakdown of parts that make up larger purchasable parts and a better material to reduce drips would be desirable, but, overall a good product."

"ASX‑520 Autosampler is easy to use once you learn how to setup. Since it was given to the lab by another lab leaving the university, there was no service in place. Still, the system was very reliable and presented no issues. Minor issues with the Z-drive were solved. At this point I left that lab but I have a good impression of the company and the quality of the instrument. Surely would be a choice (for a more modern version of autosampler) if I would need one in the future."

"We are using two ASX-560 autosamplers on our ICP-MS instrument. They've been very reliable and easy to maintain. Parts are easy to replace and easy to get. There is only one kink in the whole experience with this unit. For aqueous analysis, it works great, with organic solvent (we use xylenes as a wash/rinse) not so much. Even though we had purchased the organic kit for the autosamplers, there are still some things that create a challenge. Peristaltic pump tubing develops flat spots if autosamplers are not in use for a period of time and if nobody unclamps the tubing after use, which techs tend to forget as the pumps are located in the back of the instrument. it would be great if I could use some standard peristaltic pump tubing for the instrument's pump if I get a flat spot or/and move pump to the front of the autosampler. I can't imagine myself carrying out any ICP-MS analysis without this autosampler. It's really simplifies the analysis and saves a lot of time."
