Reduced baseline noise and quenching effects due to high degassing capacity

The Agilent 1260 Infinity II Degasser is suitable for analytical applications with flow rates up to 10 mL/min. It is highly recommended for GPC/SEC applications using refractive index detection.

Features:

  • Robust design for high instrument uptime. The degassing principle based on passing solvent through a membrane tube that is permeable to gas but not liquid, and kept at a constant vacuum level.
  • Reduced baseline noise and quenching effects through high degassing capacity. In fluorescence detection, this results in lower detection limits and long-term baseline stability.
  • Strongly recommended for GPC/SEC applications using refractive index detection
