Very simple and easy way to purify very high quality RNA
RNA Purification for RNAseq
Great super easy to use kit for purifying high quality high yield RNA from a wide variety of starting points. We have obtained great results with the kit starting from a few thousand human cells to all sorts of mouse and rat tissue. All the RNA we have purified with the kit has been exceptional quality and was able to be used downstream for RNAseq without any problems. The kit is also relatively fast and very easy to use.

RNA extraction from primary cells
It made RNA extraction from a large number of samples very easy and in much less time than the Trizol method. RNA quality is good if you do DNA clean up while extracting the RNA. I've used it for my RNA Seq. and got very good RNA quality RIN ranged from 7.5-9.2

Isolation of RNA

Human Tissue RNA Isolation
For my purposes, I also use the Qiazol for initial lysis/homogenization before running through the columns. It optimized my processes for extracting small amounts of frozen tissue that have either high contamination, over storage in incorrect cryopreservation environments, or contain difficult to lyse properties. The end product is of high quality and yield for any downstream applications.
