Very pleased that this assay exists!

Average Rating 3.7

Application Area:

Analyze serum levels in mouse males and females, taken from trunk blood

This was the only place where I could find this assay, so I'm glad that it was available. I was pleased with the error bars in the assay controls that I sent. However, this test was extremely expensive and required a significant amount of blood. The development of a tail bleed assay (~2ul) would be extremely useful and much more worth the price.

Manufacturer's Response

We encourage all customers to contact us prior to assay should clarification of the IFU be needed for sample dilutions. The volume of blood in small animals is very low so our products are optimized to avoid having to sacrifice the animal.

Easy to use and consistent results.
