Best kit we've tested in terms of purity, yield and value for money
We use it to purify high-quality plant DNA for next-generation sequencing (NGS). The kit is very straightforward to use, comprising only a binding buffer, wash buffer, and elution buffer (user preparation). The resulting DNA is of exceptionally high quality—particularly important when working with plant material. We have tested other purification systems, including some more expensive, and this one has consistently produced the best results. I also appreciate Qiagen’s customer support: if there is any issue with the kit, they replace it free of charge; this happened to me last year, and a replacement was sent promptly.
