Description

The Eppendorf Polypropylene Microplates set new standards in terms of transparency, purity and stability!

With the easy to read OptiTrack® matrix and a clarity, unique and unbeaten for polypropylene microplates, the identification of the correct plate or an individual well is easier, less error-prone and up to 30 % faster.

Do you look for clear signals in fluorescence or luminescence detection even with low concentration samples? Then the black and white Eppendorf Microplates are the right choice. They offer an excellent signal-to-noise ratio, resulting in an extremely low detection limit.

All Eppendorf Microplates are manufactured in ISO certified clean room conditions. They are available in the purity levels PCR clean (free of human DNA, DNase, RNase and PCR inhibitors) or Sterile. In accordance with the high Eppendorf quality standards, each batch is tested and certified individually.

Application NoteSpectroscopy

Factor-Based Quantification of Nucleic Acid Concentrations in the Eppendorf PlateReader AF2200 Using the Eppendorf Microplate UV-VIS

This Application Note demonstrates how the concentration of nucleic acids can be determined via the sample-specific extinction factor, using the Eppendorf PlateReader AF2200 in combination with the Eppendorf Microplate UV-VIS. This approach eliminates the need for a standard curve to be calculated when measuring sample concentrations in microplates.
