The extensive automation combined with an intuitive user interface allow for an easy handling of the high-performant system. The microhub is equipped with 4 LEDs and 4 Lasers, as well as the FluoSync detector units for widefield and confocal microscopy - thus allowing the handling of samples with up to 4 labels with a wide excitation and detection spectrum.
Mica WideFocal can be upgraded to a live cell system with temperature, CO2 and humidity regulation and even hypoxia experiments - Mica WideFocal Live Cell.
Target Application: Fixed samples requiring confocal resolution.
