The Mitotic Index Kit includes antibodies, buffers, and a complete protocol for preparation of imaging-quality, fluorescently labeled cells in microplates. The kit has been validated for use on Cellomics’ ArrayScan® HCS Reader but may be applied to any imaging system. Available in Evaluation Size (Five 96-well plates) and Screening Size (Fifty 96-well or 200 384-well plates).
