HitKit® HCS Reagent Kit for Cell Spreading
The Cell Spreading Kit labels the f-actin cytoskeleton and nuclei of cells to enable assessment of cell size, shape, and cytoskeletal structure. This kit includes fluorescent reagents, buffers, and a complete protocol for preparation of imaging-quality cells in microplates. The kit has been validated for use on Cellomics’ ArrayScan® HCS Reader but may be applied to any imaging system. Evaluation Size (Five 96-well plates).
