Works as expected. It has been in use for nearly one year. It is able to support two mass spectrometers with consistent flow of nitrogen and it is relatively quiet.

Does exactly what it needs to do
LC-MS of small molecule, RNA, and proteins
We've purchased 3 of these nitrogen generators to power various Agilent and Waters LC-MS systems in our lab. We've really had no issues with downtime over the course of 5-6 years of constant uptime. Keeping PEAK service for 3 consecutive years allowed us to have complimentary compressor replacements - one of the new compressors did cause an issue with breaker tripping, but that was resolved free-of-charge by PEAK (they replaced it with another new compressor).

Great and prompt service in the rare case of complications. (Once in 3 years). Easy to use and to set back to operations after shut down. Competent and kind service engineers. Can be used to supply MS and a N2-gun and still does not drop pressure.

Peak's service team in India excelled in scheduled maintenance follow-ups, which has been consistently impressive over the past two years. High Purity Nitrogen yielding with almost 0 hours downtime of our Mass Specs.
Analyze Nitrosamine, extractables & leachables, genotox impurities evaluation using QTOF ms and LCMS
We haven't faced any issues with respect to Baseline and Drift issues when evaluating Nitrosamines at less than 1 ppb level, due to high pure grade Nitrogen delivered by generators. Service follow up for schedules preventive maintenance and prior notification from the sales team is very good in Peak, which is appreciable (observing since 7-8 years). Response to any queries is also very quick. To be frank, the downtime of generators from Peak is almost "0" days. Simple and robust technology. Coming to drawbacks, I don't foresee any issue from PEAK team, this is in the hands of laboratory analysts to maintain the generator health and keep it contamination free.
