Grow cells and tissue culture
The CO2 incubator is easy to use, with quite good readable display from a distance too. With a fully SS interior it s easy to clean, clutter free due to adjustable racks; no projections to hamper your cleaning efforts. Autoclavable racks make it simpler. The only thing I feel it takes too long to jack up CO2 after you open the Incubator. Otherwise it is a nice equipment comparable to Thermo or Haier incubators I have used earlier.

I need to replace more of my incubators with these or similar units
cell cultre
Why didn't we make a move sooner? Replacing 20+-year-old, CO2-guzzling incubators with the CellXpert has not only cut down on our CO2 usage but has provided peace of mind in sterility. Cleaning the incubator at the touch of a button is a life changer. No fans, less contamination makes for better tissue culture.

Performance of Eppendorf CCCadvanced FN1 Motifs Cultureware for hiPSC Cultivation
The cultivation of human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs) is a highly challenging procedure. The ultimate goal during the cultivation of hiPSCs is the preservation of their pluripotency. The maintenance of undifferentiated hiPSCs requires a stable and consistent culture system. The ready-to-use CCCadvanced® FN1 motifs cultureware and the Eppendorf CellXpert® C170i CO2 incubator provide a reliable culture environment for these delicate to grow cells.
Performance of Eppendorf CCCadvanced FN1 Motifs Cultureware for hMSC-BM Cultivation
The cultivation of human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs) in a defined animal-component-free environment circumvents the drawbacks of an inconsistent culture system due to lot-to-lot variability of media supplements like serum. The CCCadvanced® FN1 motifs cultureware provides a completely synthetic growth surface for long-term cultivation in animal-free and restrictive culture systems. With their unique properties the FN1 motifs surface and the Eppendorf CellXpert® C170i CO2 incubator combine convenient and reliable MSC cultivation.
