The spectrometer covers a broad wavelength range from ultraviolet (UV) to near-infrared (NIR), allowing measurements across a wide range of biomolecules. Quantification/concentration of protein reagents
It's really easy to use compared to general UV-VIS spectrometers and requires only small sample volume (around 1-5ul). When it comes to analyzing expensive reagent such as antibodies, it's very useful.
