Industry News: New Artel website offers more features

Artel is introducing its new website which provides even more information, and has made key resources more easily accessible, as well as an increased focus on applications.  Spanning a broad range of laboratory quality, productivity and compliance challenges, the website is user-friendly and makes finding answers and solutions simple. 

Ben Rumery, Digital Marketing Manager comments, “We are thrilled to launch the new website. The information and design will allow our visitors to have a completely satisfying overall interaction. The site’s search feature has been completely rebuilt and all frequently requested resources have been positioned more prominently so visitors can easily access key information. Another important goal for the new website is providing more valuable, user-centric and responsive experiences for both PC and mobile users.”  

A new “Applications” section has been added to the site to reflect the growing interest in resources concerning processes such as assay optimization, troubleshooting, and automation that the company is developing in partnership with leading genomics researchers. “We are excited by the opportunity to work with genomics labs to help them capture valuable efficiencies such as reduced assay development time, streamlined assay automation, accurate transfer of small volumes of master mix and diluent, and so much more,” says Director, Scientific Market Development, Nathaniel Hentz.  A veteran of over 20 years in automated labs who leads the Applications team at Artel, Dr. Hentz adds,  “We’re looking forward to sharing the insights and knowledge we are gathering via this new website resource and expect to be adding a great deal of material to it in the coming months.”
