VICI Valco Showcases Complete Line of HPLC Equipment at ASMS 2013

VICI Valco Instruments Co Inc will be showing their complete line of HPLC and UHPLC injectors, switching, and selector valves at ASMS 2013. The Cheminert® C72 UHPLC valves feature a proprietary stator coating that permits pressures up to 20,000 psi, with versions available for specialized applications. All models are compatible with all VICI actuation options, including the new Universal valve actuators.

Valco’s latest innovation in microfluidic connections is their growing line of fittings that permit direct connection to 360um OD fused silica and PEEK tubing without the need for PEEK liners. These connectors are available in PEEK for use up to 10,000 psi and in stainless steel for use up to 20,000 psi. A wide range of unions, tees, crosses, and adapters to 1/32” and 1/16” OD are available, with bore sizes of 100 or 150 microns.

Valco will also be showcasing their full line of tubing, in PEEK, stainless steel, and electroformed nickel. The PEEK tubing is manufactured to exacting standards by the VICI Metronics facility. With IDs from 25 micron and ODs from 360 micron to 1/8”, they offer a wide variety of natural or solid color with the exclusive co-extrusion where a natural PEEK ID is sheathed by a thin, color coded outer layer.

The unique electroformed nickel tubing features exceptionally smooth IDs from 25 micron to .040”, with virtually any OD up to 1/16”. Also available are custom made electrospray tips either from pure electroformed nickel or nickel/cobalt. Their ultra smooth IDs deliver reliable results in a more robust design at a very reasonable cost.
