The next-generation ProPac® SCX-20 column from Dionex Corporation has a strong cation exchange surface chemistry on a unique nonporous pellicular resin, providing exceptionally high resolving power. This allows the separation of protein variants that differ by as little as one charged residue.
Hydrophobic interactions with the resin are essentially eliminated for very efficient peaks. A proprietary grafted cation-exchange surface provides pH selectivity control resulting in highresolution separations. This column, along with the other protein columns from Dionex Corporation, provides unmatched column-tocolumn and lot-to-lot reproducibility.

Tools used in proteomics include chromatography, blotting and gels, protein arrays, mass spectrometry and ELISA and associated analysis software. Analyzers and proteomic systems should be sensitive, high resolution, fast and may be automated for high-throughput.
