Miele Professional redefines excellence in lab glassware cleaning with ExpertLine

Designed to withstand the rigorous demands of industrial laboratory environments, ExpertLine delivers consistent, compliant performance

23 Jun 2025

Miele Professional, a global leader in quality commercial appliances, has launched its ExploreLine and ExpertLine laboratory glass washers, engineered to meet the highest standards of hygiene, efficiency, and sustainability.

Designed to withstand the rigorous demands of industrial laboratory environments, ExpertLine delivers consistent, compliant performance. The range ensures analytically pure cleaning and drying of laboratory glassware and instruments, delivering reliably high results every cycle.

Outstanding cleaning performance

The ExpertLine delivers analytical cleaning with an advanced rinsing system, quadruple filter, and variable-speed heating pump, which enables efficient thermal disinfection at up to 93°C. This pump adjusts wash pressure to remove stubborn soiling with high pressure and evenly wet glassware with low pressure, conserving resources. The crevice-free chamber prevents dirt buildup, while sensors ensure optimal operation of the spray arms and wash pressure at all times.

The ExpertLine also offers various options for drying, including the AutoOpen function and DryPlus hot air drying. This allows you to choose the variant that best suits your requirements and optimises the workflow for your staff.

Efficiency from the start

The ExpertLine is built with efficiency and usability at its core, featuring:

  • High capacities, with each cycle able to handle 128 laboratory bottles or 98 pipettes and other glassware.
  • An intuitive 4.2" M Touch Flex colour touch display, making it easy for staff to select, customise, and monitor cleaning programmes.
  • "Show-me How" sequences on the display, providing step-by-step guidance for maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Navigation using clear symbols and plain text, available in 32 languages, upholding smooth operation across diverse teams.

Even better for the planet

Sustainability and long-term value are built into the ExpertLine. The machines are tested for 15,000 operating hours and backed by spare parts availability for up to 15 years, reducing environmental impact and lowering total cost of ownership. Short cycle times and resource-saving technologies also help conserve water, electricity, and cleaning agents—without compromising performance.
