This application note describes how the Laboratory of Genetics at the Institute for Environmental Protection and Research (ISPRA) is using Tecan’s TouchTools PCR Wizard and Freedom EVO® liquid handling workstation to prepare samples from Testudo marginata and Testudo graeca turtles for PCR amplification and genetic analysis.
