Application Note: Calibration of a Gold-coated Quartz Crystal

This application note demonstrates the reduction of Cu²⁺ onto a gold electrode and the oxidation of the copper to remove it. The results of this experiment can be used to calculate a calibration factor for a gold-coated quartz crystal.
