Scientific Poster: A Flexible Workflow for Automated Bioluminescent Kinase Selectivity Profiling

When developing novel kinase inhibitors for therapeutic use, kinase profiling is required not only to confirm target selectivity, but to assess off-target activity as well. Yet, optimizing kinase reactions is a particularly arduous task. This poster illustrates the use of ready-to-use kinase selectivity profiling systems for easy, in-house kinase analysis.
