![Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: WNVM Antibody [NB100-56743] - analysis of WNV-Envelope protein in bird liver using this antibody at 1 ug/ml, incubated for 30 minutes. A Ventana brand second step antibody conjugated to biotin was applied followed with streptavidin-AKP. The substrate was Fast Red chromagen. The antigen retrieval method used to obtain staining: Ventana Protease 2 for three minutes at room temperature with a Parafilm coverslip. (using an autostainer which keeps residual fluid on the slides during every step, so the final concentration is approximately 2.5 times more dilute).
