Description
Sheep anti-Mouse IgE Polyclonal antibody for DID, IEP. Sheep Antibody to Mouse Immunoglobulin E (IgE) Applications：This product is suitable for use in a variety of gel techniques including double diffusion and IEP. The use of3% PEG 6000 with 1.2% agarose in a suitable buffer (such as TBE or Tris-barbital pH >8.2) is recommended. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
