Description
Goat anti-Rat IgM polyclonal antibody for IHC, ELISA, WB.. Goat Antibody to Rat Immunoglobulin M (IgM), mu Chain Specific Applications：A dilution range of 1:500–1:5,000 is suggested for immunohistochemistry on tissue sections, 1:5,000–1:100,000 for ELISA and Western blots and 1:10,000–1:200,000 for Western blotting with ECL substrates. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
