Description
Goat anti-Rat IgM polyclonal antibody for ELISA, WB.. Goat Antibody to Rat Immunoglobulin M (IgM), Mu Chain Specific Applications：A dilution range of 1:5,000-1:50,000 is suggested for ELISA and West -ern blots. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.

Handling

- Buffer: Lyophilized from 0.01M Tris-HCl, 0.25M Sodium chloride, pH 8.0 containing 15mg/ml BSA
