Description
Goat anti-Mouse IgG Fc polyclonal antibody for ELISA, WB, IHC.. Goat Antibody to Mouse Immunoglobulin G (IgG), Fc-gamma Fragment Specific Biotin conjugated Applications:A dilution range of 1:20,000–1:400,000 is suggested for ELISA and Western blotting using enzyme-conjugated streptavidin, 1:500–1:5,000 for enzyme immunohistochemistry on tissue sections and 1:200–1:1,000 for flow cytometry and fluorescence immunohisto/cytochemistry. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
