Description
Mouse anti-Rat Kappa Light Chain monoclonal antibody for FC. Mouse anti Rat Kappa Light Chain antibody, clone OX-12 recognizes rat kappa chains, showing a marked preference for binding to the Igka allotype which is present in AGUS, AO, AUG, BN, LEW, LOU, PVG and WAG strains but not in ACI, DA, F344, MSU or SHR rat strains. This product is routinely tested in flow cytometry on rat splenic lymphocytes. Flow Cytometry Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells in 100ul. Applications：FC
