Goat anti-Human IgA polyclonal antibody for IHC-Fr, ELISA, WB.. Goat anti Human IgA alpha chain antibody recognizes the alpha chain of human immunoglobulin A. Goat anti Human IgA alpha chain antibody has been cross-adsorbed to minimise cross- reactivity with other human immunoglobulin subclasses. Purity IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-alkaline phosphatase (calf intestine), anti-goat serum, human IgA and human serum. No reaction was observed against human IgG F(c).
