Anti-Human CD13 can be used to study myeloid cell functions as well as to immunophenotype leukemias. CD13 is present on basophils from subjects with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) and on granulocytes from subjects with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).
- Clonality: Monoclonal
- Host: Mouse
- Reactivity: Human
- Antigen: The CD13 antigen is present on most cells of myeloid origin, including granulocytes and monocytes in normal peripheral blood. CD13 is not expressed on B-cells, T-cells, platelets or erythrocytes. Expression of this antigen is greater on monocytes than on granulocytes.
