Mouse anti-GAL4 AD monoclonal antibody for WB. Monoclonal antibody (mAb) that specifically binds to the major activation domain (AD) (a.a. 768-881) of the yeast GAL4 protein. The mAb (isotype IgG2b,κ) was purified from the serum-free medium of a mouse hybridoma culture. This amount of GAL4 AD mAb is sufficient to probe ten 50-cm2 Western mini-blots. Applications：WB
