Co-immunoprecipitation
I have used this Ab for my regular western blotting experiments. However, when I used this Ab in the mentioned concentration i.e. 1:50, I was pleasantly surprised by the results. I got crisp and neat bands even in my co-ip experiments. Encouraged by this I will be placing an order for new vials of this antibody. The thing that I liked most was the volume and the quality of the antibody given at this price point. This Ab is much better than other HER2 ab used in our labs.
