Thermal Shift Assay Using SYPRO Orange and qTOWER 2.2 to Detect Protein Melting Temperatures

This application note describes a method for measuring melting temperature (Tm) of α-Chymotrypsinogen A in TBS with varying NaCl concentrations. This method uses SYPRO Orange dye which interacts with the hydrophobic core of proteins exposed after denaturation and emits a fluorescent signal.
