Quantitative and reproducible bioconjugation with SoluLINK Technology

This white paper introduces SoluLINK^® technology, a quantitative and reproducible bioconjugation method for linking biomolecules such as proteins, antibodies, peptides, and oligonucleotides. The approach uses complementary HyNic and 4FB linkers that form a stable bis-arylhydrazone bond in aqueous conditions, enabling efficient and controlled conjugation while preserving biomolecule activity. The technology also incorporates a UV-traceable chromophore, allowing real-time monitoring and precise quantification of linker incorporation and conjugate formation using spectrophotometry.
