Multi-site evaluation of expanded solid tumor, pan-cancer reference material

This poster presents a multisite evaluation of expanded Seraseq® Tumor Mutation DNA Mix v3 reference materials designed to support analytical validation of next‑generation sequencing (NGS) assays for tumor profiling. The synthetic materials incorporate over 100 clinically relevant variants, including single nucleotide variants, insertions and deletions, structural variants, copy number variations, and microsatellite instability biomarkers.

Discover how across multiple sequencing platforms, the materials demonstrated strong correlation with digital PCR measurements and consistent detection of target variants at defined allele frequencies.
