Nice incubator, but terrible technical assistance.

"We purchased a Forma 3308 CO2 incubator in late 2017. It looked to be a fine instrument, easy to use, with good temperature and humidity stability. Easy to use water system (you don't have to pour water in the bottom of the incubator as in other models). However, we've had problems with sterilization cycles since the beginning, the door opens without explanation during sterilization cycles (and thus the cycle is interrupted before finishing). We have had this incubator out of service for more than 1 year now, because technical services for Thermo Fisher Scientific equipment are terrible (at least in Portugal). They rarely answer calls or e-mails, spare parts take months to arrive, our problem remains unresolved. Good thing we have another incubator from another brand."
