The unit was easy to set up and intuitive in use. We have found the product delivers consistent batch results while maintaining specified standard operating procedures via the easy dial RPM's. Customer care/service is quick to respond for any questions and the product is priced comparable to most other units, providing fair value for the money. We would recommend a more detailed cleaning and ongoing maintenance description and, or schedule.

Tissue homogenization
This equipment is very easy to set up. It is very powerful to homogenize any tissues in seconds. One good feature is that the power level is adjustable. It is easy to clean and low maintenance. One thing I do want to bring to the manufacturer is that if you can improve the design, to make the stand hold the motor more firmly, it will be better. Current stand sometimes can't hold the motor (because of the single strand holder) and motor swift or turn down. Generally speaking, it is a professional homogenizer with easy care. So far we have had it for several months, expect it will last long time.
