Super easy to use and comfortable! Quick to set volumes, programmable 5-point memory, built-in tube top popper - what's not to like? Not as smooth as others, but I trust it to do what I need it to do.

pipetting whole blood and plasma samples for special coagulation
This pipette is easy to use and easy to adjust from 100 μl to 1000 μl volume. The push button to release the tip after use in very convenient especially if you have arthritis on your hand. You do not have to use any force to ejecting the tips after use.

Clinical laboratory testing
My staff love the Ovation line of pipettes for their ergonomics; however, the digital adjustment often glitches and freezes- causing me to send in for repair multiple times per year. Due to the comfort of pipetting with this model, we will continue to use but I would love for improvements to be made to the digital interface!

Bit of a learning curve but awesome once you adjust!
Cell culture dispensing
The pipettes were really comfortable to use and well designed ergonomically. There was a learning curve for our group as we had been using your basic pipette aid before. People had to adjust to not pressing buttons since the pipette could be programmed to dispense the correct amount repeatedly automatically. Once people got used to it, they loved it.
