"This balance was recommended to us by our balance calibration company for weights over 2kg. The scale we purchased is accurate from 20 g to 10000 g. We perform a weight check before every use with calibrated weights, and I find the low end doesn't drift but the high end will be 2-3 g off over time. We use this scale to add media to closed-system cell culture bags. The tray isn't quite big enough for the cell culture bags over 1L, so we have to utilize an additional tray to hold the bag."
