I purchased the DrySyn Classic kit for use throughout my PhD as an alternative to oil baths. I found it to be a fantastic product as it got rid of all the issues that I experienced with oil such as not having to remove oil residue from my flasks or spilling oil when I moved the oil baths. I would highly recommend this product, the fact that you have different inserts for different sized flasks made it suitable for whatever scale of chemistry I was doing.
