Bulk digestion for metals
The DigiPREP hot block system is extremely easy to use. The digital keypad allows you to set your desired temperature and provides even, reproducible, and effective results. It also has a built-in timer that gives you an optional auto shutoff for the temperature. I highly recommend this!

metals dissolution
This inexpensive piece of equipment has been a real time saver for our lab. Some of the materials we analyze take a few hours to dissolve and with the DigiPREP Jr. we put a watchglass on the vial and it's fine to leave the lab and let the DigiPREP do its job. I rarely use beakers and a hot plate anymore. On my list of needs for next year is a high temperature DigiPREP that uses glass vials so that I can dissolve materials that need H2SO4. The unit is well made and easy to clean up.
