"Works great, I only incubate for 3-4 minutes with cells and they are perfectly detached. It does not kill the cells. Simply perfect. You will not be disappointed. Good deal, our lab always purchases them in bulk and keep them in the freezer. We use Corning® 100 mL Trypsin EDTA 1X, 0.05% Trypsin/0.53 mM EDTA in HBSSCorning® 100 mL Trypsin EDTA 1X, 0.05% Trypsin/0.53 mM EDTA in HBSS. But you can also use Corning® 100 mL Trypsin 1X, 0.25% Trypsin in HBSS. I have used both products."Review date:

Technical Advantage: Product manufactured under industry-leading standards for low endotoxin content and superior results.
Trypsin is used to enzymatically release adherent cells from tissue culture plates for passaging. Divalent cations such as calcium and magnesium, which are often present in the cell culture environment, inhibit this action. EDTA sequesters these ions and thus enhances the efficacy of trypsin. This product contains trypsin at a concentration of 0.05% with 0.53 mM EDTA, and does not contain sodium bicarbonate.
