"Works great, I only incubate for 3-4 minutes with cells and they are perfectly detached. It does not kill the cells. Simply perfect. You will not be disappointed. Good deal, our lab always purchases them in bulk and keep them in the freezer. We use Corning® 100 mL Trypsin EDTA 1X, 0.05% Trypsin/0.53 mM EDTA in HBSSCorning® 100 mL Trypsin EDTA 1X, 0.05% Trypsin/0.53 mM EDTA in HBSS. But you can also use Corning® 100 mL Trypsin 1X, 0.25% Trypsin in HBSS. I have used both products."
