IKA is my favourite lab equipment manufacturer as they have a very wide range of choices and well as reliable quality as they promise. T 25 digital ULTRA-TURRAX® has been a part of our lab for some time now and I would say it perform like the first day of purchase. Even though there was a small service issue once, the after sales acted very quickly and managed to get it back to me on time. It offers a wide speed range from 3000 - 25,000 rpm that enables users to work at high circumferential speeds even with small rotor diameters. A broad choice of dispersing elements adds versatility. Applications ranges from homogenizing waste water samples, use in laboratory reactors, dispersion tasks under vacuum / pressure and sample preparation in medical research.

Before researchers and lab assistants are able to analyze samples, they usually have to prepare the material first. Mixing, crushing, dispersing or homogenizing processes tend to be quick. The cleaning of the machine, however, is time consuming and can be dangerous when working with toxic substances. But now, thanks to the new, hermetically sealed, disposable tube system, contact with the sample material is minimized and sample processing time is decreased.

The T 25 easy clean control is a high-performance dispersing instrument with electronic speed control from 3,000 - 25,000 rpm for working volumes of 1 - 2,000 ml (H2O). The new tool S 25 EC-T-C-18G-ST allows temperature measurement and operation time detection through RFID. Device overheating is prevented by continuous temperature monitoring and the setting of temperature limits. The detection of operation time serves to guarantee regular maintenance.
