Libraries preparation and target enrichment steps of next generation sequencing protocols are laborious and often a source of error (minimum of 4 working days to prepare 48 libraries – 8 multiplex).

PrimaDiag developed the ACSIA NGS Edition pipetting platform to efficiently automate the targeted enrichment steps. The ACSIA platform allows the enrichment of up to 48 multiplex by using SeqCap EZ DNA kit. All liquid handling parameters are carefully optimized for minimal reagents consumption and the protocols are optimized to minimize the number of tips used (3 tip boxes for preparing 48 multiplex instead of 9).

ACSIA NGSCapture Edition

ACSIA NGSCapture Edition, the solution to automate the steps of library preparation and, more specifically, of target enrichment. ACSIA NGSCapture Edition allows you to perform 48 samples without human intervention or 96 samples with one intervention during the enrichment step. To do so, it operates from just after the hybridization up through the final PCR amplification. It is in this last step at the end of the process that a sufficient quantity of interesting fragments is obtained. Moreover, with our software and its innovative SMT technology, it ensures lower process costs by reducing the quantity of tips used during your manipulations. ACSIA NGSCapture Edition minimizes the use of your reagents and consumables during your process and prevents waste. It also ensures minimal sample loss during treatment. At the end of your processes ACSIA NGSCapture Edition offers a greater diversity of newly created exome libraries and highly reduced process costs.To perform the capture step, ACSIA NGSCapture Edition is available with 16 SBS positions integrating our patented Magnetic Work Unit, our heatingShaker 3000 and a heatingPlate.
